This company is trash
SpeedX is the worst shipping company Ive ever had to deal with, and I deal with just about every shipping and freight company in the US through my job. Im in a group of about 250 people whos packages are being stolen (with video evidence), purposefully misdelivered, or never even picked up from the airport to begin with.
Ive been waiting on my package SPXIAH0567******** since April and SpeedX has not responded to a SINGLE one of my attempts to reach out. I want my packages, Im also waiting on SPXIAH0895******** but this one isnt egregiously late yet.
The first order being as late as it is ruined not one but TWO trips for me, as everything in that package was meant for those tripsI ordered over a month in advance. This is unacceptable and I would suggest nobody use this shipper or even think about working for this sham/scam company.

- Steal packages and purposely misdeliver

My package was supposed to be delivered on April 16th and it's now May 1st. Every time I check the tracking it's either in Illinois or Michigan.
I live in Ohio. I have repeatedly made sure my address was correct and still no package.

This is only the second time I've had anything shipped through speedx. Both times have been a nightmare.

Scammers
Order from Shein and SpeedX stated they delivered the package and posted a picture of what seems to be my driveway. Well, not my driveway; the picture have been used in other deliveries for other people as you can see.
I opened a PayPal claim and was denied because shein has proof of delivery even if I sent all info to proof was fake.
Shein says is not their problem, open claim with SpeedX and emails bounced. I lost around 200 $ in shein stuff be careful..

I highly do not recommend this company. Unfortunately, more and more sellers on TikTok Shop are using them, and it's been a disaster to say the least.
I got a notification yesterday that my package had been delivered. I was not home, and I did not check the photos the person delivering takes to prove they delivered the package, and I wish I did because it was not delivered to my house. Imagine my surprise when I got home and there was no package. I opened up the message I received earlier in the day, looked at the photos, and saw that it was delivered to the wrong address. My address was correct on the package (I saw that in the picture) and I saw that my package was left at a house with the same numerical address as mine, but not the street.
I went to contact Speed X customer service to let them know what happened, hoping they could retrieve it and get it to me the following day. They have no contact information anywhere except for an AI-generated bot that worked for about two minutes and then started experiencing technical difficulties.
There was no way for me to get help or contact anyone. So, I had to become a detective. Looking at the photos I could tell the house my package was delivered to was somewhere in my city, I just had to figure out the street. I started combing Google Maps for every house with the numerical address street by street and using the photos as clues. This was very frustrating, and I wasn't getting anywhere. I was also worried that the person's home it was delivered to may try and return it before I could get it.
Then I noticed that on the bottom of the photo there were coordinates of where the photo was taken. I took those coordinates and popped them into Google Maps and found the house! I got in my car and followed the directions to the house—which was on a street that didn't even start with the same letter as mine—and luckily when I got there, my package was still outside and I was able to retrieve it.
I shouldn't have had to do any of that. Speed X dropped the ball multiple times: the delivery person did not make sure he/she was on the correct street, there was no way to contact anyone at the company, and the only way to get in touch with the company is an AI-generated bot that doesn't even work.
I wish I could give a rating of zero, and I would never, ever use them as a shipping company. Hopefully, they get their act together, or TikTok Shop stops using them, because they are worse than USPS, and that's saying a lot!

This is exactly what happened to me! The house has the same number but street is different, I found it by the coordinates.
The person would not give my package back ,they have three packages of mine.
THE AI started to get "technical issues " when I wanted answers. EBay says the SPEEDX confirmed delivery, would not refund my payment

Very very dissatisfied
Package was left almost in the curb of the street. What if someone would have driven by and taken it!
I am very concerned on my future packages. Will this speed x be delivering? Because its very very unreliable.
Luckily I didnt work today so the package just sat there in the street for 1 hour. I tried calling customer support and apparently no one is available.

Missing my package
My package was supposedly delivered on April 9th to the wrong door and now I cant find my package I been complaining for weeks now they took a picture of my package in front of someone elses door that I do not know

This is the 2nd time my shein package was marked returned to sender by this company saying wrong address or some mess like that. This time June 7 2025 they delivered to a completely wrong address and sent me pictures showing its the wrong address at the factory on a totally different street name and number. Shein needs to find another service bc this is happening too often.use the number given to call if you have doubts about the address

Same thing happen to me my package was delivered May 31st to the wrong location same apartment number. the picture was left with my correct address and still they delivered my package to the wrong place.
I lost 139$ because I ordered it from Shein they wont refund me my money because it showed my package was delivered.
But no one has took the time out to look at the delivery pictures which shows it the wrong complex apartments. So I'm stuck both ways no items no money back !!!!
